January 2025: The Mead Fields development on the right is getting closer. The deer are used to the daytime noises and will only run if one of the diggers or lorries get too close to Grumblepill rhyne, which is on the right hand side of the screen.

April 2024: There were only three deer visibile in the past few weeks. This includes a new fawn. Foxes are still around, as are the usual domestic cats. The deer tend to appear mid morning and early evening.

They tend to run away from hi-viz workers who enter the compound to either perform vegetation maintenance, test soil samples or top up the earth mounds. There are 5 or 6 different developers building here and the area the camera is looking at is the storage area near to where the Central Park will be.
