Ant Cam

An ant farm on live cam.  See the girls building the tunnels and chambers necessary for the colony of 21 to thrive.  From a place to grow mold, store food, eliminate, sleep and even bury the dead a lot of work lies ahead.  See them 'meet' and 'communicate' and dispatch members to perform tasks while the construction site becomes larger. Every hour more ants are working away from the cluster and more and more new jobs become ready for an ant to be dispatched to perform.  Note: the large cluster of ants at the farm top...the girls communicate with their antennae to pass on the common knowledge of the colony to all members.  The 'rough' surface? Pieces of excavation from the already started but fledgling tunnel and chamber system.
