Since 1976, Portsmouth Weather Records Service (PWRS) has collected, analyzed, and desseminated weather data for the public, media, and the National Weather Service.  PWRS is a not-for-profit service that provides local and global weather linked data to the West Cradock area of  Portsmouth (23702-2017), Virginia and beyond.
